Dental Implant Clinical Residency in Brazil
beLearning Education is an advanced training center in Dental Medicine, dedicated to providing high-quality, hands-on education for dental professionals from around the world.
Through an international partnership in Brazil, we have developed a unique clinical training experience focused on dental surgery and real patient care.
The Dental Implant Clinical Residency offers an intensive, fully hands-on program where dentists can develop their surgical skills through real clinical cases, supported by experienced instructors throughout the treatment process.
From treatment planning to surgery, our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and immersive learning environment where knowledge becomes clinical experience.
PROGRAM
Intensive 5-day Clinical Residency, fully hands-on with real patients. Participants perform the techniques included in the chosen programme under the supervision of experienced instructors and, additionally, have the opportunity to observe other clinical cases, supporting colleagues during the procedures.
HAND´S ON SURGERIES - Choose your level:
BEGINNER
Up to 25 implants - For dentists starting their implantology journey.
Participants can choose between two clinical pathways.
The first pathway focuses on basic surgical procedures, including suturing, tissue manipulation, complex extractions, and the management of impacted teeth, as well as the placement of 8 implants.
The second pathway includes the placement of 25 implants in patients, with participants also assisting in the placement of an additional 15–20 implants.
Depending on the clinical cases available, procedures such as internal sinus lifts, split crest, and bone grafting may also be performed.
Clinical experience required: General Dentistry.
ADVANCED I
10 implants + 3 advanced surgeries - For dentists with previous implant placement experience.
The participant will place 10 implants and perform 3 advanced surgeries.
Immediate implant placement after extraction, flapless implant placement, sinus lift with implant placement and bone grafts can be performed if the case requires it.
Previous experience in general dentistry and practice in dental implant placement is required.
ADVANCED II
6 advanced surgeries - Full-arch, sinus lift, bone grafting and complex cases.
The participant will perform 6 advanced surgeries.
Immediate implant placement after extraction, flapless implant placement, lateral sinus lift with implant placement, full over 4 and bone grafts can be performed if the case requires it.
The placement of 50 implants is required. Minimum of 1 year of oral surgery experience, or completion of the Advanced I programme.
EXPERT
Advanced implantology & complex surgery
The participant will perform 6 advanced surgeries: such as Zygomatics, Khoury technique and lateralization of the dental. Immediate implant placement after extraction, flapless implant placement, sinus lift with implant placement and bone grafts can be performed if the case requires it.
The placement of 150 implants and 30 sinus lifts is required. Minimum of 3 years of oral surgery experience, or completion of the Advanced II programme.

Your Week in Brazil
A complete experience combining intensive clinical training, cultural experiences, and time to enjoy Rio de Janeiro.
Saturday — Arrival in Rio
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and settle into your hotel. Our team will be there to welcome you and help you start your experience comfortably.
Included: Hotel accommodation, airport transfer, and breakfast.
Sunday — Discover Rio
Before the clinical training begins, enjoy a day exploring Rio de Janeiro. Join our guided sightseeing experience and discover some of the city’s most iconic attractions, or take some time to relax and enjoy the city at your own pace.
Included: Guided tour, transfers, breakfast, and lunch at a traditional Brazilian churrascaria.
Monday to Friday — Clinical Training
Five intensive days of hands-on clinical training with real patients, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Work alongside experienced instructors and develop your clinical skills through supervised procedures and real clinical cases.
Included: Daily transfers between the hotel and training center, breakfast, and coffee breaks.
Evenings — Your Time
After a full day of clinical training, your evenings are free to relax, explore Rio, enjoy the local cuisine, or simply rest and recharge.
Saturday — Departure
After an intensive and memorable week in Brazil, our team will arrange your group transfer to the airport.
